For the Dough:
- 4 cups flour, plus 1 cup
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups whole milk, warm to the touch
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsps. active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon Domo Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
For the Filling:
- 2 cups zaatar
- 1 cup olive oil
