Asian Orange Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/2 cup corn starch (Domo)
- Salt, black pepper, nutmeg
- Vegetable oil
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 carrots
- 4 stalks green onions
The sauce:
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin or rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp corn starch (Domo)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- Boiled Basmati rice
- 2 tbsp sesame
