Domo Dumpling mix 510g

Dumpling Mix 500g +10g sachet instant yeast (aside)

Preparation: 

1- Stir Dumpling Mix with the sachet of yeast (included in the pack) with a wire whisk.
2- Add 2 cups (480ml) of water; continue stirring until a smooth batter is formed.
3- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm area for 45 minutes.
4- Heat the oil to 180°C- 190°C. Make the balls using a teaspoon and drop them carefully into the hot oil.
5- Fry at low temperature until the balls become golden brown. Drain them directly in the sugar syrup for 3 minutes.
To prepare the sugar syrup you need 2 cups of sugar, 1 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
