Domo Basbousa mix 500g

Preparation: 
1- PRE-HEAT oven to 200° C (392° F). Generously grease all types of pans, lightly flour or spray nonstick cooking spray.
2- Mix by hand Nammoura mix with water and butter in large bowl until the batter become smooth. Let it set for 15 minutes.
3- Spread into a baking Tray. Cut the dough in square or diamond shapes and decorate with almonds if desired.
4- BAKE in oven.  Nammoura are done when the surface becomes golden brown. For golden Nammoura turn on the upper part of the oven for additional two minutes or until desired color is reached.
5- While baking, prepare the sugar syrup by boiling 2 cups of sugar with 1 cup of water and a squeeze of lemon juice, let the syrup cool.
6- Pour cold syrup on Nammoura while it’s hot.
7- Leave it to cool before serving.
