Cake Mix with chantilly cream

- One pack of Domo cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of water
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 2 packs of domo chantilly cream
- Milk
- Stawberry for decorating
- Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees.
- Greace your pan,lightly flower or spray nonstick cooking spray
- Beat the mix water,oil & eggs in a large bowl at low speed for 1 minute; beat for 5 minutes at high speed.
- Pour the mix into the pan.
- Bake in the oven for around 40 minutes. You will know it’s done when you insert a toothpick in the cake and it goes out clean.
- When out, keep to cool for at least 5 min then you can remove it.
- To prepare the cream, blend each sachet of ready chantilly powder with 1/2 cup of cold milk for around 4 minutes, until topping is light & fluffy.
- Keep in the fridge to cool.
- Put the cake in a large plate, spread the chantilly all over.
- Used the strawberries for decorating the cake and added a touch of strawberry chantilly all around the cake
