Domo Pancake mix 460g
Preparation - pancake
1- PRE- HEAT griddle over medium heat (190°C and 375°F ) until drops of water sizzle and evaporate quickly .Grease griddle if necessary.
2- MIX all ingredients with a wire whisk until smooth*.For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter on hot griddle.
3- BAKE until bubbles break on surface and edges just begin to dry. Turn; cook other sides about 1 minute or until golden.
*for thinner pancakes, stir in additional milk: for thicker pancakes, stir in additional powder mix.
