Domo Instant Yeast 30g
Recipe: Pizza dough
Dissolve 10g of Domo Instant yeast in one cup (240ml) of warm water. In a large mixing bowl, combine 500grs of flour, ½ teaspoon of salt and the mix of yeast. Stir with your hand (or with a mixer at low speed for about five minutes with the dough hook) until the mixture forms a ball. Turn it out onto a floured surface and knead for about five minutes. Cover the final mix by a piece of linen and keep it in a warm place (22 to 25°C) during 2 hours.
